JIM THORPE ATHLETE SCHOLARSHIP AWARD
AND
BLACKHAWK LEADERSHIP AWARD
We will be accepting applications for the 2023 – 2024 Jim Thorpe Athlete Award and the Blackhawk Leadership Award on December 1, 2023. High school seniors of both genders within the 50 United States are eligible to apply for these awards for the 2023-2024 school year. Applications will be accepted from December 1, 2023 to February 1, 2024 by US mail. The $2,000.00 award is in the form of a scholarship to the college or university where the award recipient will attend for the fall 2024 semester. The scholarship must be used for the fall 2024 semester. Students are eligible for continued support each ($2,000 per year) if they are enrolled and maintain a 2.0 GPA.
