ANNOUNCEMENT OF TEMPORARY CLOSURE  

The Sac and Fox Nation government offices will be closing on Monday, January 17, 2022 through Friday, January 21, 2022 due to the rising numbers of positive cases and shortage in staff for COVID related reasons.  The government offices will reopen on Monday, January 24, 2022 at the normal operational hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.. 

The following essential departments will be operating as usual:

Sac and Fox Police Department – if any emergencies arise please call 911.

Sac and Fox Nation Security

Juvenile Detention Center

Gaming Commission – Compliance and surveillance.

The following essential departments will be operating remotely:

Finance Department

Indian Child Welfare – if any emergencies arise please call (918)-968-3526 and enter the following extensions:  Karen Hamilton ext. 1711, Tammy Arellano ext. 1713, or Josh Howell ext. 1709 leave a message if no answer the staff will return your call.

Human Service Department – if any emergencies arise please call (918)-509-9224. 

Title VI – if any emergencies arise please call (918)-509-1243.  Elder’s Kitchen – will be delivering care packages to the homebound Title VI participants.

Enrollment Department – please call (918)-306-0039 if you need to request burial assistance.

Tribal Court – on emergency basis only.  Contact information for the Court staff and forms can be obtained on the Sac and Fox Nation’s website at www.sacandfoxnation-nsn.gov

Patients of Black Hawk Health Center:

Due to the raising number of positive COVID cases and shortage in staff for COVID related reasons, the Black Hawk Health Center will be closed to patients and will not conduct COVID testing beginning Monday, January 17th to Friday, January 21st.  Our Pharmacy will be open 10a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 18th thru Friday, January 21st.  If patients are in need of a prescription refill, please remember to call the Pharmacy Refill Line (1-866-968-0068) and leave a message.  Messages will be checked regularly so that we can fill the incoming requests.  If you are in need of immediate medical assistance please call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.  For COVID Testing, please go to any of the other Tribal Health Facility in your area or the County Health Department.
