Survey for Needs provided by the American Rescue Plan
The Sac and Fox Nation Business Committee is pleased to announce the Sac and Fox Nation was awarded a grant from the Native American Agricultural Fund (NAAF) to provide assistance to Native farmers and ranchers in the Sac and Fox Nation’s jurisdiction who are facing hardships because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Sac and Fox Nation Business Committee approved a $10,000 donation to the Meskwaki Nation (Sac and Fox Tribe of the Mississippi in Iowa) to assist in recovery efforts after a powerful storm caused significant damage and left many without power this week.

Today, the United States Supreme Court held that for the purposes of the federal Major Crimes Act, the Muscogee (Creek) Nation’s historic reservation remains Indian country. The Sac and Fox Nation Business Committee applauds this decision.
Sac and Fox Nation Receives Second Distribution from the Coronavirus Relief Fund.
(Stroud, Oklahoma)- The Sac and Fox Nation Business Committee announced today that the Sac and Fox Nation received a second distribution from the Coronavirus Relief Fund in the amount of $2,879,457.81.
(Stroud, Oklahoma)- Sac and Fox Nation officials announced today they will extend the current closures of government offices and casinos due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Sac and Fox Nation tribal offices will remain closed through May 31, 2020.
