The Sac & Fox Nation Facilities & Grounds department maintains the Tribal Grounds and Facilities, vehicles & equipment. They maintain 20 buildings including driveways and parking lots. Water tower, eight (8) water wells and water lines. Two sewer lift stations, sewer lagoons and sewer lines. Mows approx. 120 acres of grass and maintains three (3) tribal cemeteries. Maintains RV Park, Mobile Home Park, Pow Wow grounds and Rodeo grounds. They also assist with tribal events, ceremonials and funerals.

Department staff includes the maintenance supervisor, Maintenance Technician Leader, Five Maintenance Technicians, and two custodians.
