MISSION: The Human Resources Department's mission is to help develop the
Human Resources of the Sac and Fox Nation. We are strategic partners in the areas of organizational planning; organizational development; employment; indoctrination and training; employee relations; compensation benefits; and serve as a support service to all employees. Human Resources is committed to the strategic goals and interest of the Sac and Fox Nation to provide a balanced program for all tribal employees.

The department also administers the full range of employees’ benefits programs.
